The City of Lost Children is an adventure game released in 1997 by Psygnosis. The game was released for PC (DOS) and PlayStation.

The film "City of Lost Children" directed by Jean-Pierre Jeunet and Marc Caro captured the imagination of viewers around the world. No wonder that it was soon decided to create a game that would allude to this surreal image. The player takes on the role of the movie Miette, a little girl who tries to cope in the dark city. Initially, he will have to perform simple tasks for mysterious Siamese twins named Pieuvre (e.g. thefts). However, soon it turns out that something strange is happening to the townspeople. Children disappear mysteriously and the player's task will be to find out who is behind it
Moving around the dark "The City of Lost Children", the player will have to overcome architectural obstacles and talk to the characters he meets, the story will be brought closer to him in cutscenes between the missions. The task will be hindered by the mysterious Cyclops working for the legendary Krank. The whole thing is kept in gloomy colors and a surreal, disturbing atmosphere.
