Sunny Blonde is a classic point and click adventure game in which you play as a spoiled seventeen-year-old girl from a wealthy family. Sunny cares more about her make-up than the world around her. Forced by her parents to take part in a cruise through the Bermuda Triangle, she falls overboard during a storm and ends up on the Mysterious Island. As it turns out, an ancient curse has condemned the island to eternal isolation. Since Sunny's phone doesn't work, the girl must start exploring the island, helping its inhabitants and maybe even freeing them from the curse.

The gameplay consists of collecting items, talking to characters in the form of choice dialogues and solving puzzles by combining items and interacting with the environment. The game also features simple mini-games that can be optionally skipped. For example, in the first mini-game, the player controls Sunny holding a bucket and collecting drops of water falling from the top of the screen - the goal is to fill the bucket.

During the adventure, the player controls not only Sunny, but also two other characters. The story is told through scenes reminiscent of comics and has several possible endings.
