Warhammer 40000: Chaos Gate is a turn-based strategy game, published in 1998 by Strategic Simulations. The game was released for PC (Windows).

The game takes place in the world of Warhammer 40,000. We control the forces of Ultramarines under the command of Captain Kruger. Your opponent is the Chaim Lord Zymran's army - Word Bearers marines, and demonic allies.

The game world is presented in an isometric view. You can perform a certain number of actions each turn (soldiers have a certain number of action points). In one turn you can make a move, shoot, throw a grenade, etc. Soldiers can be assigned to perform specific actions, such as attacking an opponent, destroying passes or eliminating an enemy unit.
