The second part of the tactical shooter series takes players back to the 1990s and allows them to take part in the events that took place after Iraq's attack on Kuwait, which started the First Gulf War. The player takes control of a four-person squad of soldiers operating behind enemy lines, performing extremely dangerous missions, usually surrounded by government secrets. Contrary to the first installment, which faithfully adhered to historical realities, Conflict: Desert Storm II - Back to Baghdad takes place many purely hypothetical events - not reflected in reality.


The game starts with choosing one of two elite units: the American Delta Force or the British SAS. Regardless of the decision made, the player has at his disposal soldiers representing four professions, i.e. a versatile commander, sniper, heavy weapon expert and sapper. Proper use of their skills and equipment is key to success in any mission.


Conflict: Desert Storm II can boast of very varied tasks, the player takes part in both open conflicts during the day and night escapades, where the most important thing is to maintain discretion.
