"Saturday Night Speedway" is a racing simulation on a dirt track, where you race behind the wheel of Pro Stock, Midget and Late Model cars. Races take place on thirteen real oval tracks and six fictional routes. Race formats include practice, qualifying, two qualifying heats, B Main and A Main.

There are several game modes available in the game, including:
- Single Race: a single race in the selected car,
- Championship: races for the title of the best player,
- Time Trial: timed race.
In career mode, we will have to take care of our car and finances, e.g. we have to repair the car, improve it and take care of relationships with sponsors.
