Railroad Tycoon, a trading-strategy game released in 1990 by Microprose. The game was released on Amiga, Atari ST and PC.

Railroad Tycoon game, is a classic of the genre of commercial and classic games. In this game you play as a pioneer - the creator of the first iron railway. You make your empire from scratch (remember that only the iron railway was invented). You need to build railway stations, factories and, above all, railways. Your trading sensibility will need to be demonstrated with the appropriate selection of wagons for your rail connections. Remember that it is not worthwhile to transport raw materials or goods to cities where they will not be useful. In addition to railway lines, you can also invest money on the stock market. All your operations have to be rethought to become a magnate of iron railroads.

The game, as we wrote, is a classic of the genre. Railroad Tycoon is a game you must play - if you are a fan of this genre of games.
