Power Rangers: Ninja Storm is a set of mini-games created to celebrate the release of the (then) new series. The game features six different mini-games that can be controlled using a mouse, each consisting of three levels.

Players can choose their favorite Power Ranger and play through the following mini-games:
- Locker Room: Players equip their chosen Ranger with gear by dragging and dropping different items.
- Vehicle Run: Players control their chosen Ranger as they ride a motorcycle, collecting flags and completing three laps.
- Power Sphere: This Breakout-style game challenges players to knock down flags while avoiding falling debris.
- Memory Game: Players match cards to uncover pairs.
- Hang Glider: Players use the mouse to guide their Ranger through the air, collecting flags and resetting the timer.
- Maze: Players navigate their Ranger through a maze, collecting flags while avoiding traps and sentries.

Once players have completed all six mini-games, they can unlock a mission mode featuring cutscenes of the Rangers rescuing their friends. The mini-games in this mode become more challenging, with enemies and obstacles replacing the flags.
Additionally, players can enjoy exclusive mini-games such as Missile Rebound, a Pong-style game in which players must rebound Mad Magnet's missiles and score three points to win.
After achieving high scores in the mini-games, players can print out certificates in the options menu to celebrate their success. "Power Rangers Ninja Storm" is a fun and engaging collection of mini-games that fans of the series are sure to enjoy.
