Sabre Ace: Conflict Over Korea is a simulation game released in 1997 by Virgin Interactive Entertainment. The game was released for PC (Windows).
Sabre Ace: Conflict Over Korea is a game whose action focuses on air duels taking place during the Korean conflict. You can choose whether you want to stand on the side of South Korea and become a pilot of an American plane or choose North Korea and fly Russian planes. The game is divided into four modes. The campaign mode consists of 45 missions, and after completing each of them, you will be at the helm of a larger and more powerful flying machine. You have the opportunity to fly the best military planes of the time. In training mode, there are 8 missions to improve your skills in controlling various types of aircraft. There are also Go Fly Mod modes that you choose, which you are immediately transferred to the battlefield, and a custom mode in which you set the rules of the game yourself. The planes and the game scenario have been designed in such a way that every detail is as accurately represented as possible.
Install notes: The game starts with problems on Windows 10. We managed to run as follows: - mount the CD, - run dxWnd (you can find it in the utilities section), - drag the application icon from the SabreAceV1.0 folder to the dxWnd window.
