The Famous 5: Five on a Secret Mission" is an action-adventure game based on the cult series of books by Enid Blyton. In the game, we play the role of children - Julian, Dick, Anna, George (Georgina) and the dog Timmy - discovering secrets and solving puzzles.
In this installment of the game, the Famous Five - Julian, Anne, Dick, George (Georgina) and Timmy the dog - find themselves on summer vacation at Kirrin Cottage when a plane crashes on nearby Kirrin Island. While exploring the island, they come across an injured pilot named Sam Smith, who turns out to be a secret agent on a mission to deliver a valuable radio receiver. The plot gets even more interesting when they discover that his metal briefcase has been exchanged for another containing printing plates for counterfeit money. Now it's up to the Famous Five to solve the mystery and recover the radio equipment.
