Space Quest III: The Pirates of Pestulon, is an adventure (point and click) game issued in 1989 by Sierra On-Line. The game was released for Amiga, Atari ST, Macintosh and PC (DOS).

The game action starts right after the events from the second part of the game. Roger Wilco, after escaping, drifts in space until he is finally taken away by a star refuse truck. There he finds an abandoned space ship, decides to fix it and leave the freighter.
Roger will travel in various locations, such as the Monolith Burger restaurant, the desert planet Phleebhut, etc. From the information he manages to get at Monolith Burger, he learns about the scruffy activities of ScumSoft. Elmo Pug, director of ScumSoft, kidnapped two programmers and forces them to program hideous video games. Roger decides to save them and send them back to Earth to Sierra On-Line.
