Liath: World Spiral is a typical adventure game with point'click elements. As in every adventure game, we visit various locations and collect items that help us solve quite complicated and interesting puzzles. The hero in his adventures is helped by the use of various spells and magic.
The action takes place in the amazing land of Azertus. Time and space have their crazy rules there. This is due to the curse on the whole land. Strange things also happen with space, in places it is "sunken", and here and there the real distance of the shadow extends indefinitely. All these anomalies, as well as the huge mountains and forests around, make it difficult to escape or access Azertus. Only once in many years do the worlds synchronize and there is a transition from one land to another.
The main character is a young wizard Criss, who wants to contact his friend Tiche, who once migrated to the land of Azertus. The game deserves attention especially for its beautiful rendered graphics with dozens of animated characters, romantic music and lots of original and interesting puzzles. Praise also deserves a very interesting plot and a rather dark atmosphere.
