D.I.R.T .: Origin of the Species is an action game released in 2006 by Tri Synergy.

The main character of the game, Eva Dirt, wakes up in a prison, and the only thing that can remember is the fact that she was partying with her friends. Therefore, he must take appropriate steps to save not only himself, but also his friends. Everything would seem simple enough were it not for the fact that the prison is swarming with mutant creatures that are the result of an experiment conducted by the military, codenamed G.I.A.N.T.S. Special forces are sent to the prison, whose task is to eliminate all witnesses who could spread information about the failed experiment further into the world. For this reason, the main character will have to deal with both mutants and military forces at the same time. In order to find friends, she will have to get out of prison, traverse the streets of New York, and then go to the desert and to the famous and secret Area 51. In the fight against enemies, the heroine has a fairly wide selection of various types of weapons at her disposal.
