"Big Mutha Truckers" is a racing game in which players take on the role of one of Ma Jackson's four children - Bobbie-Sue, Cletus, Earl or Rawkus. Ma Jackson, the owner of the Big Mutha Truckers transport company, announces her retirement, and the new owner of her business will be the descendant who earns the most money in 60 days by transporting goods around Hick State County.

The basic task in the game is to transport cargo between five cities. Each of them has a store where you can buy and sell goods. When planning your route - you have to keep in mind that prices vary depending on the city. It is worth visiting local bars where the player can talk to the bartender, who will advise what goods are worth buying and where to sell them best. During the game, you can receive special missions, e.g. destroying vehicles. During the game, players have the opportunity to refuel, repair or upgrade their truck.
