Rex Nebular and the Cosmic Gender Bender is an adventure game released in 1992 by MicroProse Software. The game was released for Macintosh and PC (DOS).

Rex Nebular and the Cosmic Gender Bender is a space adventure game in which we play the role of Rex Nebualar. Our Protagonist is an adventurous space troublemaker who, commissioned by Colonel Stone, is given the task of finding an expensive vase. This vase is located in a remote corner of space on the planet Terra Androgena. As it turns out later, this planet is inhabited only by women. Rex accepts the contract without hesitation and sets off on a long journey on a cargo ship called (Slippery Pig). He easily finds the planet, but when shot down, he has to make an emergency landing there. It turns out that the women are hostile to the opposite sex, and Rex has to do some good work to complete the contract. In the course of the game, it turns out that the women are using a device called Gender Bender, which is used to change their sex. Our troublemaker, in order to survive in this hostile world, uses the device and, turning into a woman, blends into the crowd. The game has a lot of interesting puzzles that have to be solved. Three difficulty levels, several possible endings. All this is embellished with colorful graphics with a hand-drawn background. The whole story is presented in an interesting and humorous way.
