In the game you play the agent of James Bond and with his assistant Agent XXX (Anya Amasova), he must stop Karl Stromberg. Karl Stromberg is a madman who wants to take over the world by unleashing world war between East and West. In the game you sit at the controls of Lotus Esprit, who can turn into a boat and a submarine. Lotus Espirit is equipped with gadgets such as lasers, bullets etc.
