Romance of the Three Kingdoms is a turn-based strategy game released in 1985 by KOEI. The game was released for Amiga, MSX, PC (DOS) and NES.

The plot of the game is set in the 3rd century AD in China. You play as one of several warlords competing for power after the rebellion of the Yellow Turban. As we mentioned earlier, this is a turn-based strategy game in which you'll find real historical characters. Your goal is to become the sole Han ruler. To achieve the goal, you will have to conquer the entire empire by taking thoughtful actions, including recruiting generals, conquering provinces, acquiring enemy strongholds, etc.
