Kingdom Under Fire: A War of Heroes is a strategy game (RTS) with RPG elements released in 2001 by Gathering of Developers. The game was released for PCs (Windows).
In the game you play the command of one of the factions: the Human Alliance or the Dark Legion. The main task is to destroy the enemy fortress. The game is divided into two parts: RTS and RPG. In the strategy game you will build buildings, gather resources, recruit army and organize war expeditions. During the RPG game, your hero will be able to get valuable items that you can use in strategic play.
Kingdom under Fire is divided into missions - there are 28 of them for each of the parties to the conflict. Some of them have the same scenario, but the ending varies depending on the faction you play.

I think that means you have to "activate" the file "kuf.reg" within the download.However, the serial is still missing. And good luck cracking it today.
