Ground Control is a strategy game (RTS) released in 2000 by Sierra On-Line. The game was released for PC (Windows).

The action of the game takes place in 2419. Two large corporations control most of the known world: Crayven Corporation and Order of the New Dawn. You have been hired by the Crayven Corporation to undertake an expeditionary mission to the distant planet Krig-7b. Hidden on the planet is a very powerful item of unknown but very destructive power. Your mission is to stop the New Dawn Corporation from finding and unleashing the devastating power of the artifact.

Ground Control is a strategy game that takes place in real time. What distinguishes it from other titles of this type is the inability to produce technology and collect resources. The game focuses primarily on the strategic command of limited units. Each of the corporations has unique units. Crayven has more traditional units, while New Dawn are futuristic versions of them.
