Dungeon Master, an RPG (with RTS elements), was released in 1992 (v2, the first version was released in 1988) by FTL Games. The game was released for Amiga, Atari ST and PC.

Dungeon Master is one of the games that can be said to have revolutionized the RPG market. First, because the authors put emphasis on the hero's vital functions, their equipment, etc. Secondly, captivating puzzles (not always obvious solutions). And thirdly - the authors of the game put on playability at the expense of graphics (which can be seen at a glance).

The storyline is pretty straightforward (as in most of these types of games). Your task is to defeat the evil wizard. On the journey you will take four daredevils of different races. The road goes through 12 levels where you will meet a multitude of monsters, solve a lot of puzzles - to finally meet the wizard you must defeat.

Dungeon Master, is definitely a game for fans of the genre. Recommended.
