Description of CODENAME: PANZERS - PHASE TWO

Codename: Panzers - Phase Two is the second part of a great strategy set in the realities of World War II. The game takes place in real time with a strong emphasis on the tactical side of the clashes.

The player manages a well-equipped, small squad of soldiers. Most of the missions take place in Africa, where they take place, among others the battles of El Alamein and the defense of the Tobruk fortress.

The second campaign takes the player to the time of Operation "Husky", which included the landing of the Allies in Sicily and moving towards Rome. For those who manage to complete at least one storyline, there are several bonus scenarios that take place in Yugoslavia.

The developers focused primarily on the quality of the game and the gameplay. Historical events are not accurately reproduced, as they are only a background, and the main goal is to be the gameplay itself, not focusing on historical details. The same thing happened in Phase One.

The second part has been enriched with over 20 new units, incl. medium armored tank: the Italian M13 / 40 "Carro Armato" and the American M3 Grant / Lee "Daimler Dingo", as well as new types of SPGs.

Phase Two can also boast about improving the game and fixing bugs. The player no longer has to worry that subordinate units will have trouble finding the appropriate path. This problem has been remedied. The opponent (the computer) is more intelligent and tries to surprise or outsmart you. It was possible to destroy a selected element of the structure. New structures were created (including desert fortresses). The multiplayer mode has also been refined.

The player was given the opportunity to create their own levels thanks to the addition of a comprehensive editor. The editor also allows you to modify existing missions, and even create completely new buildings and units.
