Worms: Armageddon is a strategy game released in 1999 by MicroProse Software. The game was released for PC (Windows) and Dreamcast, Game Boy Color, Nintendo 64 and PlayStation.
Armageddon is the original version of Worms with new elements. In addition to many new game options and improved single and multiplayer game modes, the player receives a number of new weapons (e.g. flamethrower, sheep launcher, etc.). The gameplay remained virtually unchanged. As in the previous parts of the game, we play the role of the leader of a team of worms - and your task is to defeat the opposing team. The game is divided into turns. Each turn, we can control one worm from our team. The worm can crawl left and right or jump. Each turn is limited by a time limit and the worm can perform a single attack. After the attack the turn ends.
