Wing Commander II: The Vengeance of the Kilrathi, Space Flight Simulator was released in 1991 by Origin Software. The game was released for PC personal computers.

The game is related to the story (storyline) of the first Wing Commander. As in the first episode, the main action of the game is interstellar combat between the Confederacy of the Terran and the race of warriors Kilrathi. The authors of the second part of the game put more emphasis on the storyline - a lot of animated cutscenes put the player into action. Wing Commander II is quite a one-off action. Player must follow. The main character (Blair) can not advance or get medals for merit.

Wing Commander II, has been refined in terms of graphics. A large number of film inserts (animation) can sometimes frustrate. Interestingly, the names of ships are very close to those known from the first part.
