CSI: Crime Scene Investigation - Fatal Conspiracy is the sixth installment of the game. In this issue, the audience becomes the newest member of the team and their task is to solve five murders. They do it together with Raymond Langston and other characters from the show. The game is based on solving the story of a dangerous woman who is a drug lord. The advantage is that players can manage the crime scene and collect evidence from a first-person perspective. By placing the cursor over a specific place, the player can enlarge it, then it is possible to use the tools. Once the evidence is found, you can choose from four options: picking, dusting for prints, spraying, molding. You can use a PDA to find more clues on the evidence. The crime lab is used for further data processing.

During the game, the player can also search for warrants and summon suspects for questioning in the morgue. This is where the autopsies are performed by Robbins. Hearings may also be held in Brass' office. Sometimes it is necessary to convince him to believe in the guilt of the accused or to refute it. In the event of suspension and no idea for further steps, instructions are sent to players by e-mail on how to proceed.
