RTL Winter Sports 2009 (also known as Winter Sports 2: The Next Challenge) is a sports game released in 2008 for PC, PlayStation 2, Wii and Xbox360. In the game, the player will be able to test himself in winter competitions, such as alpine skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing and many others.
RTL Winter Sports 2009 offers many different game modes, including a career mode where the player can create his own athlete and compete in various winter events to earn points and prizes. Players can also compete against each other in multiplayer, both online and locally.
The game offers - as previously mentioned - many different competitions, such as downhill, giant slalom, snowboard cross, ski jumping and many others. Each of the disciplines has its own rules and challenges, which makes the game diverse and interesting.
RTL Winter Sports 2009 also features an extensive character customization system that allows players to customize their athlete's appearance, including outfits, gear, and accessories.
The game has pleasant, realistic graphics that reflect the atmosphere of winter sports. Additionally, there is music available in the game which adds to the competitive atmosphere.
