The production of Avatar The Game is a prequel to the story told in the 2009 film. Acacia takes place on the lushly overgrown planet Pandora, which the RDA corporation wants to use to obtain valuable minerals. The mysterious Na'vi race inhabiting Pandora is ready to fight the corporation for its freedom. Thanks to DNA fusion technology, people can become avatars confusingly reminiscent of aliens inhabiting a wild planet.
In the game, we play as an RDA marine named Ryder, who undergoes this technology. His task is to find a certain spy by infiltrating and trying to make contact with the Na'vi tribe. The player playing the main character can opt for the RDA corporation he serves or rebel and stand on the side of the warrior race. Depending on the choice, the plot will go in a different direction, and the Rider will get different types of weapons at his disposal.
The environment doesn't change much throughout the game. We move through the beautiful jungle of Pandora, full of dangers in the form of animals, plants, or alien Na'vi - if we choose the side of the corporation. Fighting against the RDA relieves you of the threat of the hostile nature of the planet, but the arsenal is definitely poorer.
