Microsoft Train Simulator is one of the first such extensive railway simulators. In the game, we can control rail vehicles on many routes, including six detailed tracks, such as Amtrak or Burlington Northern Santa Fe. We also have historical routes at our disposal. Among the trains available to play, one can distinguish such a variety of vehicles as, among others, the famous Orient Express, the legendary Flying Scotsman, but also modern autonomous railways running on Japanese routes.


During the production of the game, the developers collaborated with several of the world's largest rail-related companies, which resulted in a particularly meticulous approach to the construction of individual trains, routes and complex details related to the operation of rail vehicles. In the game, we can either enjoy the journey from the passenger compartment of the train or control it from the driver's perspective. All this makes this title a must-have for every railway lover.
