Evil Twin: Cyprien's Chronicles is an action adventure game. The game action takes place in a nightmare world of the worst nightmares. You play the role of a young boy Cyprien who lost his parents on his birthday. Your mission is to find and free your Lenny bear in this nightmare world.

The game consists of eight levels divided into 8 separate islands. Each island consists of about 70 levels. During the journey, Cyprien will be helped by an elephant named Wilbur.
