Mixed Up Fairy Tales is an adventure game (with educational elements) released in 1991 by Sierra On-Line. The game was released for PC (DOS).
The game takes place in a magical world of fairy tales. The dragon named Bookwyrm needs help to clean up the mess in five fairy tales: Cinderella, Jack and the Beanstalk, Beauty and the Beast, Bremen Town Musicians and Snow White. Each of the fairy-tale characters needs your help, e.g. Kociuszek, you have to help find a glass slipper, Jaś you will have to help find an ax, etc.
