Iron Storm is a shooter set in an alternate reality, in which World War I lasts until 1964. The story begins with the Russian Baron von Ugenberg, who took over Mongolia after the Russian Revolution, then defeated the Bolsheviks and created the Russo-Mongol state. His goal is to conquer all of Europe. To counter this, the United States of Western Europe (Alliance) was created. The player takes on the role of Lieutenant James Anderson, an experienced soldier of the Alliance, who is tasked with penetrating the enemy's defense lines and stopping the Russo-Mongols from developing a new nuclear weapon. The game offers a realistic representation of warfare, combining elements of World War I and II. On the battlefield we will find siege tactics, trenches, mustard gas, but also machine guns, mortars and modern technologies such as wireless communication, automatic turrets and spy satellites. The player must move carefully, use cover, and avoid or outsmart stronger opponents to survive on the battlefield and complete their mission.
