GTI Racing is a racing game that focuses exclusively on Volkswagen cars, offering players a wide choice of 15 models from five generations of cars. The gameplay features elements of both the arcade and simulation genres, using a realistic damage model, collision detection and an interactive environment. Additionally, you can modify cars in the garage in the game. Both practical upgrades and eye-catching body kits can be installed.

The game offers 70 different stages based on six settings, including single races, time trials, drag racing and drift competition. In addition to the championship mode, there are also Baja and Legal modes in the game. The main mode of the game is the career mode, in which players race in different locations, earn money and gain respect in order to buy new cars and eventually win the title of champion.
