The plot of the game takes place in eighteenth-century England, on the islet of Dead Reefs, where nothing good has happened for tens if not hundreds of years. It is a place where pirates reside here for good and who lure nearby ships into a trap, kill crews and plunder whatever is on the ships. In the end, the pirates are cursed because of the golden relic they have stolen while boarding the monks' ship. The golden relic curses them regularly every ten years, always taking a very bloody toll. A hundred years have passed since then, and despite the fact that the pirates have stopped robbery as a result of the curse, there are still deaths among them.A dozen days before the eleventh hunt for pirates, the youngest son of Baron Arthur Wyndham, named Patrick, dies in unexplained circumstances. Investigator Sir Amadeo Finviniero, whose character we will animate, arrives at the scene of the crime. His task is to unravel the mystery of the murder and free the inhabitants of the island from the curse that haunts them periodically. Will he succeed, or will he be able to stop the curse from haunting the descendants of pirates again? These are the basic questions, and the heart of the storyline and gameplay of the game.
