Tomb Raider V: Chronicles is an action (adventure) game released in 2000 by Eidos Interactive. The game was released for Macintosh, PC (Windows), Dreamcast, PlayStation, PSP and PS Vita.

In Tomb Raider: Chronicles, the authors decided to tell the story of Lara Croft based on the memories of friends about her missions in Rome, Russia, Ireland and New York. The game starts with Lara's funeral, which is lost at the end of Tomb Raider: The Last Revelation. After the funeral ceremony, Winston Smith and Father Patrick Dunstan discover that Werner von Croy went to the destroyed Tomb of Horus in the hope of finding Lara alive. Later, the men met with Charles Kane at the Croft residence, where they remembered the heroine and her four adventures.
