The Powerpuff Girls Mojo Jojo's Pet Project is a game about powerpuff girls. We play the role of the title three girls: Blossom, Bubbles and Buttercup. This is a third-person side-view title with 2D graphics. It is a collection of 6 games in which the player, playing the powerpuff girls, saves Townsville from mutated creatures and the ones mentioned in the title Mojo Jojo. In the game, we meet characters well known from the animated series, such as the mayor or professor X.
The game is based on 6 simple mini-games, in which you have to show your reflexes from time to time. Depending on the mission, the challenge is different. Each time the difficulties are also quite different. In the mission to save falling pets, you have to avoid hitting heavy objects, such as a piano. Another time, Mojo Jojo is racing, but you must not break the rules of the road during the chase. In the next task, the title monkey simply has to be defeated to end up in prison. However, putting Mojo Jojo behind bars does not end the game.

The Powerpuff Girls Mojo Jojo's Pet Project also tries to convey educational values ​​in a fun way. For example, that the Earth needs to be saved from pollution, or that insects are eager to peek into an open picnic basket.
