ProStroke Golf: World Tour 2007 is an advanced golf simulation. In terms of game modes, the game offers standard options such as practice, single tournament and career mode. Career mode consists of multiple tournaments connected to each other. The player character improves his position in the ranking by successes. This only affects the conditions of participation in subsequent tournaments, but not the gameplay itself.

The game includes nine licensed golfers, 18 golf courses (including two licensed) and three commentators known from real golf broadcasts. Additionally, the editor allows players to create their own golf courses and tournaments.
