The Lord of the Rings: War of the Ring is a real-time strategy game released in 2003 by Sierra Entertainment, Inc.


The gameplay of this adventure-strategic game is based on battles between two conflicting parties. For the game to begin for good, the player must take the side of one of the conflict. So you can choose a crew of good to oppose the dwarves and elves on their way to finally join the Fellowship of the Ring, or a crew of evil in which you must lead the dark forces of Sauron and take over the city of Minas Tirith. Therefore, the game is divided into two separate campaigns, 10 missions each. Therefore, if you are a fan of the film adaptation of Tolkien's work, joint adventures with e.g. Legolas are something you cannot deny yourself.
