Allied General, a turn-based strategy game, released in 1995 by Mindscape Inc.. The game was released for Macintosh, PC and PlayStation.
Allied General, is a sequel to the well-received Panzer General. Storyline set in World War II. The player controls the Allies' side against the Axes (in the game against the computer). There are three theaters in Africa, Western Europe and Russia. The player's task is (as in Panzer General) to take all the points indicated by the computer at a certain time or to eliminate all enemy units.
Allied General, in fact, has not changed much since the original, adding several units, nations and, above all, campaigns. The biggest change is the user interface (for PC version). The game runs in Windows mode.
Summarizing. The game is aimed at fans of the Panzer General series or for players who enjoy light strategy games. An advantage is the ability to play two people - we have the option to choose the conflict.
